Continue ShoppingOur policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since the arrival of your ordered product, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as it was in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
In order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be given: (if applicable)
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged that is not due to our error.
* Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you're approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
The deadline is met if the goods are returned within the return period, properly packaged and franked, and handed over to Swiss Post. The customer bears the costs of the return. If the return has been declared and processed in good time, the provider will reimburse the customer for the purchase price.
